Creation of an Entirely New Brand and Business Unit
Microsoft had gone on a binge - purchasing several media and ad tech companies, including their largest acquisition in company history, aQuantive. But, to many in the organization the rationale and purpose of this spending was unclear. The pieces seemed logical but how they fit together and what the story meant for the market had yet to be tackled. 
 
For nearly 18 months I directly contributed to the creation of this new global business unit. From building the brand story, to the product architecture and offering to the internal launch campaign that took over the Microsoft campuses around the globe.

The experience included designing, managing and interpreting global scale research while working onsite in EMEA and APAC.
